When will my order ship?

How long does delivery take?
Most domestic orders arrive within [3–7] business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier timing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I return coffee?
Because coffee is perishable, we do not accept returns on coffee once it has shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Reach out to us at hello@hardwarecoffee.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if needed. We will make it right.
Can I return merch or brew gear?
Unused merchandise or brewing equipment in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How fresh is your coffee?
We roast with freshness in mind and aim to get coffee out the door quickly so it arrives ready for your daily routine.
