At Hardware Coffee Co., we keep things simple. 
We roast and ship with care so your coffee gets to you fresh and in good shape.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through USPS and UPS. Delivery timing depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hardware Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier. If your package appears lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us at hello@hardwarecoffee.co and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hardwarecoffee.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
