Coffee Returns
Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee once it has shipped.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with quality, email us at hello@hardwarecoffee.co within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review it and work toward a fair solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Coffee Returns
For non-coffee items like merchandise or brewing gear, we accept returns or exchanges on unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
